Everest panorama Trek is relatively easy but very scenic trek provides a great introduction to Sherpa country and its culture with great mountain views of the world the highest peaks, including Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Ama Dablam and other many snowy peaks and takes you up high along trails to Tengboche Monastery without the struggle of high altitude trekking. This trek is ideal for those who have less time and still want a view of Everest. Our destination is the village of Tengboche with its famous monastery where we have time to soak up the atmosphere along with some tremendous views of the very beautiful mountain, Ama Dablam. returning to Lukla and a flight back to Kathmandu.
This trek is ideal for those with less time who never the less want a view of Everest. It provides a good insight into Sherpa culture without the struggle of high altitude trekking. Our destination is the village of Tengboche with its famous monastery where we have time to soak up the atmosphere along with some tremendous views of the very beautiful mountain, Ama Dablam, returning to Lukla and a flight back to Kathmandu.
Itinerary:
Day 01 Fly, Kathmandu / Lukla (a 45 minute flight) trek to Phakding (2652 m.)
Day 02 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3446 m.)
Day 03 Namche Bazaar Rest
Day 04 Namche / Tyangboche (3867 m.)
Day 05 Tyangboche / Khumjung (3789 m.)
Day 06 Khumjung / Phakding (2652 m.)
Day 07 Phakding / Lukla (2840 m.)
Day 08 Lukla / Kathmandu
Note: The best season for this trek is March to May and October to December. The trek can be operated in both teahouses and under the canvas on request, as well as being able to combine with some other activities such as white water rafting & wildlife safari. The itinerary can be customized according to your duration of holiday.
